Once you have confirmed with us which items you would like, we will send you an invoice including our terms and conditions for a deposit of £100 with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before. Once the deposit has been received we will send you a confirmation booking Contract which is a Esign document between ourselves and you. This gives you piece of mind that you have an official contract in place. You will receive a reminder email 2 weeks before your final balance is due

After Booking most couples have already picked which centrepieces they wants from our different ranges, however at 8 weeks before your wedding, we will arrange a final consultation call just to confirm the final details. We hold this 8 weeks before so that you know everything is in place and discussed before paying your remaining balance at 6 weeks before.

Yes we do and we would always advise anyone looking at suppliers to ask for these at the enquiry stage. We have PLI upto 5 million We always email a copy of these to your venue 4 weeks before when we are discussing our arrival and collection times.
